The Commission does not act as a legal representative for individuals and does not determine the outcome of private contractual disputes. The Commission's role is to regulate financial institutions and assess whether entities are operating in accordance with applicable legislation and regulatory standards.
Virtual or in-person meetings available – all appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-in consultations are not available.
