The FSC receives information from members of the public and other stakeholders regarding matters that may fall within its regulatory mandate – including concerns about regulated financial institutions operating in Insurance, Pensions, Credit Unions, and Securities sectors.

Submit to institution first, then to FSC if unresolved

Tips (Whistleblower Reports)

Information regarding suspected misconduct or regulatory breaches involving a regulated institution.

May be submitted confidentially or anonymously

Referrals

Information shared with the FSC by an organisation, regulator, or other institutional stakeholder.

The Commission does not act as a legal representative for individuals and does not determine the outcome of private contractual disputes. The Commission's role is to regulate financial institutions and assess whether entities are operating in accordance with applicable legislation and regulatory standards.
