The Financial Services Commission hereby issues this administrative statement.

Effective 1^st January, 2019 entities which have elected to be grandfathered under the Insurance regime, pursuant to the Insurance (Amendment) Act, 2018 – 52, shall not engage in any new lines of insurance business until 30th June 2021.
